Join multiple award winning commercial photographer & digital artist Michael Brown as he shows you how to easily improve and enhance your photographic images with Photoshop Elements 8 & 9. Photoshop Elements is the condensed version of Photoshop. It has most of the image editing and correcting features of Photoshop, plus a host of automatic and intuitive quick fixes that are truly amazing and easy to learn. Elements is a great stand alone image editing program, as well as a great steppingstone to Photoshop.
In this workshop, you will learn more than just the basics of Elements – you will learn how to quickly adjust exposure and color, basic retouching, how to crop, straighten, re-compose, size and prepare images for both print and for the web. All that PLUS some cool new features in PSE 9. This workshop is for Windows & Mac users with Photoshop Elements 8 or 9.

Photoshop Elements Beyond the Basics

In this workshop, Michael shows you how to perfect your selecting skills to make flawless corrections, and how to utilize Layers and Masks to create totally realistic photo-composites. This workshop will give you the tools and knowledge to expand your artistic vision from capturing images to producing your own artistic creations from your minds eye to reality.
You will learn how to “see” digitally so that you can shoot the various parts of a composite correctly for seamless compositing. You will also learn the secrets of flawless retouching, to make your images and composities perfectly flawless. You will learn techniques for retouching both landscapes and people.
This workshop is for Windows & Mac users with either Photoshop Elements 8 or 9, and also for those of you with Photoshop CS4 or CS5.
