Paul’s Beginning Photo Classes (100 series) are for the new camera owners who are confused by the “digital settings.” We’ll take you thru the basic settings and get you ready to go out and take fantastic pictures with our two-hour lessons. Our proven teaching methods and expert instructors offer better tips, more interaction and a friendly “how-to” approach to help you make better pictures. SLR and DIL Photographers should make it a goal to complete the beginning classes then “move up” to Photo Boot Camp!

Learn five simple steps to making great pictures with your digital pocket or interchangeable lens camera. Learn to understand menus, control the lens, flash, exposure and focus with simplicity. Beginning Digital Photography- Part 2- The next steps to better pictures $30

What are the “best” settings and which features makes you better photographs? Take your photography to the “next level” by understanding the fundamental camera functions. Learn to choose RAW vs jpg file format, properly select ISO and picture style, control white balance and “read” the histogram to make better pictures. Part 2 includes introduction to exposure modes, f-stops and shutter speeds. Our lesson concludes with a study of how light effects your pictures… the heart and soul of photography!
