Do you have a firm grasp on your technique? Perfection is not required, nor encouraged. Mistakes often lead us to deeper and more profound growth. We learn though experimentation, exploration, discussion and collaboration! Advanced Photography is a journey of creativity and expression, with a group of dedicated photographers who share your passion! Learn through inspiring lectures & speakers, challenging assignments and critical review of your work. Film and digital photographers welcome!
Creative Vision (Thursday nights)
Will lead you to new and exciting avenues of seeing and creativity. How do you see the world thru your lens? What is your personal vision? How do you transfer your vision to creative and meaningful photography? The study of famous photographers, your work, the group’s efforts and the instructor’s leadership will lead you to a new vision and a new way of seeing. Move beyond the f-stop and shutter speed to “why we respond” visually and emotionally to specific images. Participants are encouraged to adopt a year-long photo project.
Creative Technique (Saturday mornings)
Three unique sessions designed to stimulate your creativity and improve your skills. Printing for Perfection concentrates on “getting the most” from your printer by recognizing what is a good print and perfecting our technique for achieving it. Creative Lighting Techniques offers a unique approach to achieving amazing results thru creative use of the light. Creative Camera Techniques will stimulate your vision and creativity with exciting techniques, ideas and applications.
Annual Membership Recommended! $250 for the entire year. Get the best deal and most from the class by attending each month on Thursday or Saturday, your choice. Make a commitment and succeed!
All Advanced 2009. $400 - for all 24 Advanced classes during then year
Individual lesson. $30 - for each class. Sign up for as many classes as interest you!
